At Drs. Black & Kletz Allergy, we strive to improve the daily lives of our patients by treating their allergy, asthma, and immunological conditions. After years of dedication and studying at higher education institutions along with the unending training, our doctors now provide the trusted, individualized, and quality medical care to members of the community who are in need. Without this higher education, they would not be able to serve our local community in the same capacity. Drs. Black & Kletz Allergy is offering a scholarship to a dedicated student who is pursuing a career in medicine. The Drs. Black & Kletz Allergy Scholarship for Future Medical Professionals is accepting applications from students accepted to or enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants will be judged on academic merit, as well as the content of an essay response.

Our patients are daily allergy and/or asthma sufferers, and we know how important medicine is to helping them live a normal, productive, and healthy life. In 500 words or less, please tell us what has inspired you to pursue a medical career, and how do you plan to use your education to better the lives of others.
Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Must be accepted to or enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States.
