Appaji Gondi, MD

Appaji Gondi, MD is board certified in Allergy and Immunology. He is also board certified in Pediatrics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, and Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

Dr. Gondi finished his internship and residency in Pediatrics at New York Medical College – Saint Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York, NY and his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at State University of New York Health Sciences Center – Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.  He has been trained in providing care to both children and adults and sees patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.

Dr. Gondi has been listed in Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Doctors, Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top Doctors, and Castle Connolly Top Doctors: Washington.  He has received the Patients’ Choice Award and the Compassionate Doctor Award.  Dr. Gondi is affiliated with several hospitals in the Northern Virginia area. He enjoys lecturing colleagues in the field of allergy and immunology. Dr. Gondi has a keen interest in treating allergic rhinitis, asthma, sinus disease, and insect sting allergies.
